OceanLabs is built around a simple idea: the web should work without collecting unnecessary personal data. We try to keep things minimal, transparent, and respectful of your privacy.

What we collect

In most cases, we don’t collect personal information at all.

  • Learning progress in courses is stored locally in your browser using localStorage. It never leaves your device.
  • You can use our sites without creating an account.
  • We do not maintain user databases with personal profiles.

Infrastructure and hosting

Like most websites, some basic technical data is processed by the infrastructure that keeps the site online and secure.

  • Hosting and security services (such as Cloudflare) may process IP addresses and technical request data for performance and protection against abuse.

Third-party services

Some pages may include content or services provided by third parties. These services have their own privacy policies.

  • Embedded media (for example, videos) may collect data according to the provider’s policies.
  • If you subscribe to a newsletter, email delivery may be handled by a third-party email service provider.
